Roth launches 2026 season with Australia visit
The month of March ushered in a new season for Jeff Roth, as the Bentonville, Missouri native made his annual trip Down Under to compete with the Late Model Racing Western Australia tour.
Joining a 36-car field at the iconic Perth Motorplex in Kwinana Beach, Western Australia, Roth timed in fifth-fastest in his nine-car qualifying group before competing in a pair of heat races. He posted consistent finishes of fourth and fifth, locking himself into the evening’s twin features. Roth went on to record a seventh-place finish in the 15-lap main event, marking a solid start to his 2026 campaign.
Back at “The Home of Motortainment” on Saturday, Roth transferred into the WA State Title A-Main with a fourth-place finish in his heat race. However, after sustaining early body damage in the 40-lap feature, he elected to pull off and preserve his equipment for the remainder of the trip.
