Godsey scores Top-10 finish at 81 Speedway

With Mother Nature wiping out the Lucas Oil Midwest LateModel Racing Association (MLRA) doubleheader at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Mo.), Jeff Roth and Joe Godsey headed to 81 Speedway (Park City, Kan.) on Saturday evening for the Sooner Late Model Series sanctioned program. Drawing 24 cars, Roth finished eighth in his heat while Godsey passed five cars to pick up the 10-lap victory. With $750 on the line in the feature, Jeff pulled off with five laps remaining while Joe came home 10th.
